Report 2: Synthesis and characterization of technical solutions for Shire Refugees Camps
This document begins with a review of key information from the previous report focused on the energy gaps in the camps, both at community and household level as well as by target groups, and the technical problems associated with these gaps. In the second part of the document, a technical and managerial brief of proposed solutions for addressing these gaps is introduced with special attention to the project planning, stakeholder analyses and potential impacts these might have. Finally, a multi-criteria identification of different solutions is proposed to assist decision-making about the best solutions to take forward.
